Jeffrey M. Bower Esq.

Senior Partner

A highly regarded, knowledgeable State College, Pennsylvania, estate planning and business law attorney who has served residents of Central Pennsylvania for more than 35 years.

​

Mr. Bower is a Penn State graduate who earned his law degree at Georgetown University Law Center. He is a former president of the Centre County Bar Association and former member of the PA Bar Association Board of Governors. He is Immediate Past President and a Board Member of the PA Bar Foundation.

​

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Bower has been an active community member, serving as Chairman of Centre County Board of Commissioners from 1980 to 1988. He is a member of Rotary International, he served 25 years as an Easterseals volunteer, including service on the national Board of Directors, and Chair of the national House of Delegates, and he also served 15 years on the Penn State College of the Liberal Arts Alumni Society Board.

An associate attorney who focuses on the practice of civil law in Central Pennsylvania, where he has resided for over 30 years.

Mr. Jackson focus is on the representation of individuals who receive unsolicited telemarketing calls and text messages. These types of calls/texts can be a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), often known as the Federal do-not-call law and Pennsylvania's telemarketer law, the Pennsylvania Telemarketer Registration Act.

If you receive unsolicited telemarketing calls, text messages or unwanted faxes (SPAM faxes)  please contact our office. Mr. Jackson can help stop these unwanted solicitations and possibly get you money damages.

​

Additionally, claims for violations of False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Stark Law maybe possible if the unsolicited calls or texts also involve offers for medical products, tests, and/or services that would be paid for by the Government  (such as Medicare, Medicaid, or CHAMPUS/TRICARE).

​

Mr. Jackson also has extensive experience with residential and commercial rental Real Estate and Rental Storage Units, with a deep understanding of the problems faced by landlords.
